Eating is my favorite hobby
^^ It's true. What gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing I'm about to eat breakfast. After finding out that eating healthy doesn't have to be white iceberg lettuce topped with 3 croutons and no dressing every meal, I had to do some exploring in the kitchen. I developed a passion for cooking which I am so grateful for because I get to have complete control over how I fuel my body. I think I spend more time in my kitchen than I do in any other room in my house and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have compiled some of my favorite recipes for you guys that I cook/bake weekly. I prefer minimal prep and cook time because when I'm hungry, I don't feel like spending 30 minutes to prepare a meal. Most of these will take about 10-15 min to make unless there is some baking involved. I know some of you may not be fond of cooking your own food, but give a few of these a try and see how you feel after you control what you're eating. It's a night and day difference!
