1 scoop Peanut Butter Marshmallow Cellucor protein powder (or any protein powder)
2 egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut flour (optional)
2 tbsp pb2 (mixed with almond milk to get right consistency)
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
Combine waffle ingredients in a bowl and add to waffle maker prepared with Pam spray (makes 1 large waffle.) Add toppings and enjoy! Get creative with your toppings since the waffles are such low carb!
