    Potbelly

     

    Potbelly has been around for quite some time but has recently started making some health advances which has made it when making healthy decisions. Sub places always scare me because the amount of bread that comes on that loaf is loaded with carbs, and unnecessary ones. Luckily Potbelly has an option to slim down the size of the bread to cut down some of those carbs. Oh, and of course their salads are bomb.

     

     

    Salads: (dressing on the side per usual), any vinaigrette on the side

    • Chickpea Veggie Salad- light/no cheese, add chicken (your choice)

    • Farmhouse Salad- no bacon, no blue cheese

    • Grilled Chicken Salad- light/no feta

    • Mediterranean Salad- light/ no feta, add grilled chicken (your choice)

     

    Flats 

    Approved toppings: lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, onion, tomato, pickle, mustard, tomato

    • Buffalo Grilled Chicken-  ranch on side, light/no cheese

    • Mediterranean - light/no feta, light hummus

    • Turkey- light/no cheese

    • California Turkey- no cheese, brown mustard

    • Skinny Beef- no cheese
