Healthified Egg McMuffin
1 Light Multigrain english muffin (Thomas' brand)
2 egg whites
1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
1 slice turkey bacon, cooked
2 Tbsp black bean salsa
2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
While toasting english muffin, microwave 2 egg whites in small bowl (one that's about the size of the width of an english muffin) for about 2-3 minutes. Add egg to muffin, top with cheese, and microwave for about 20 more seconds. Add cooked bacon, salsa, yogurt, and enjoy!
