1 Whole Wheat Bun
4 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef (96% lean, 4% fat)
1 slice skim-milk American cheese
Lawry's Seasoned Salt (or just S&P)
Lettuce, Onion, Pickle & any other toppings
Set your griddle to medium heat while you measure out and prepare your beef. Cook each side for about 5 minutes each, ensuring to only flip once. Right before you're about to take the burger off the grill, add the cheese and cover for about 30 seconds. Transfer the patty to the bun, add all of your desired toppings, and enjoy!!
