4 oz. Laura’s ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fat free Cheddar Cheese
Low in sugar ketchup
Sauté onions in pan until golden and translucent.
Add beef and sprinkle with garlic powder and cook
until browned. Top with cheese until melted. Place
meat on lettuce and top with your favorite condiments.
