When I go to Chipotle, I ask for the Salad. I used to whisper when I ordered because I would get my fair share of judgement glares. But, i'll take 1,000 glares before I feel the regret of devouring a 800 cal burrito. So here's my FNS order..
Salad: chicken, veggies, black beans, tomatoes, corn, **any salsa**, NO cheese, & sour cream on the side (dip fork in before every bite instead of pouring onto salad), guac on the side (add half)
Whole meal =
12 g fat
15 g fiber
41 g protein
If must get rice, ask for "light" brown rice
Healthiest meats are chicken or sofritas
burrito wrap itself = 300 cals
chips & guac = 800 cals!!!!!!
sour cream (on salad) = 115 cals
get a lemon near the soft drinks to squeeze on the salad- brings out the flavor
