Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
1-2 bags frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/4 parmesan cheese
garlic powder, salt, pepper
Microwave the cauliflower according to the directions until cooked through.
Add cooked cauliflower, almond milk, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese
to a food processor until mashed potato consistency. Add more almond
milk if needed. Add as much garlic powder, salt, and pepper as you'd like.
